Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident before you pay, and free to leave whenever you like. This policy explains how trials, cancellations and refunds work.

Try before you pay

Every account starts with a 30-day free trial — full features, no payment details required. You only pay if you choose to subscribe after the trial, so you can decide whether the Service is right for your site at no cost and no risk.

Subscription and billing

The subscription is £39 per month, or £15 per month for the first ten founding operators, billed monthly in advance. There is no minimum term and no long-term contract. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd); your receipts and VAT invoices are issued by Paddle.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time — from the Billing page inside your account, or by emailing us. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid month and is not renewed after that. When it ends, your account becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, and you can still export all of your data from Settings. There is no cancellation fee.

Refunds

Because of the free trial, you never pay before deciding the Service suits you. If something goes wrong, we deal with refund requests fairly and case by case:

If you were charged in error, or a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the Service for a paid period, contact us and we will refund that period.
If you cancel shortly after a renewal and have not made meaningful use of the Service in that period, contact us within 14 days and we will consider a refund of that month.
Part-months are not otherwise automatically refunded, since you keep full access until the end of the month you have paid for.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Paddle.

UnitLet is sold to businesses, so the statutory cancellation rights that apply to consumer purchases generally don’t apply here. Nothing in this policy takes away any right you do have in law.

How to request

Email hello@unitlet.co.uk with your site’s web address and a short note of what happened. A human replies — usually within a couple of working days.
